So, we had to develop the concept of the platform that would help parents realize their full potential in life.
STARLING is a community of active parents who successfully combine work and family. We are changing outdated and negative public attitudes, encourage authorities and legislation to improve, help parents to communicate and motivate each other, help employers and parents find each other.
Like starlings, modern parents work and take care of their children, regardless of gender stereotypes.

The brand identity is bright, human and dynamic. We used sunny orange and mint green to make it positive and inspiring.
Two colorful palms in logo symbolize equality, cooperation and networking. The identity combines variable static and dynamic motion elements. It highlights the easygoing and human character of the brand. The illustrations are mostly photographic meeting certain requirements to emphasize the openness and positive attitude.
